Title says it. I sent my ID (but it has š and ć letters in it) and since paypal can't have those letters, my name differs from that but it's the same. I sent blizzard same ID of my account and they acepted it since i'm from BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina) country. I tried to send my ID and paid 10$ but instead I got refunded 10$ and didn't get anything. It means I got refund because my ID name isn't the same as my paypal? I can send you multiple IDs but they all have that (š, č) letters. Hope I posted in right place.
