Trustwho Verify No Call

Paid for Trustwho verification, sent in my id and I have not received a call or received an email for a follow up. What is the normal procedure for this and when should I except for this to happen? Also why can i only leave 1 feedback a day? This kind of hinders my ability to thank buyers..

Trustwho.com | Contact Us When I did mine there was no phone call you just submitt the required information and they'll email you a link when they complete the process.

You can only leave 1 feedback per day until you receive 5 positive feedbacks. This is to prevent feedback abuse.

You'll have to contact TWV as they are a separate company.
