Ok me and my trade guy talked about getting a middleman. we are planning to trade a 54k subs channel
with an 80k subs channel 54k subs was mine and 80k subs was his. He wanted a gaming channel and I
wanted a channel that had more subs so we found A trusted middleman on EpicNPC we both agreed on
getting him. So we talked to him the response rate was very slow but that shouldn't even have mattered
then. So my trade guy gives his channel account info with 80k subs to middleman and middleman shows
screenshots in Skype group chat. (see proof below) I saw that it was real and the middleman had the account
already. So I gave my account with 54k subs to the trade guy. And then the middleman then gave the account
info to me. When I logged in it had no subs and no vids (see screenshots below) but the middleman showed
screenshots of the account with subs and all the videos.

It's either the Middleman or the Dealer who were the scammers or maybe both. The Middleman already had the channel and it got lost from his hands!?
Nothing was left as you can see in the screenshot above it only had 0 subs left. I will provide more screenshots if asked. I can't believe that somehow
a middleman could have probably took my channel. So I was left with nothing.

i was the middleman of this trade between a user ( Skype name : x1.img )

like usual, seller ( Skype name : x1.img ) gave me the info, i login in the youtube and check around ( it has the subs as the seller say )
it take a while as the seller failed to get the middleman fee
then after when i send the info to the buyer ( the subs lost all )
i immediately ask buyer try recover the gmail immediately but failed probably forgot the creation date of gmail
the youtube channel i check - https://www.youtube.com/user/Friteninga1/ ( it was active 1 day ago ) in language that i dont even understand
since Dictatorce didnt change any info details that i sent to him, i access back to the email and found one email from youtube

i belive the seller removed partnership or transferred ownership when this trade took place

Very well, if the case is that the dealer whom I contacted first somehow got the channel from you. Transferred ownership or something probably. You are still to blame for it. Middlemen should know about account transferring and so on. He should have transferred the account with subs safely. Because it was in his hands. If that was the case.

when i check the account, the is no youtube-related emails at all ( as the seller deleted all )
the emails come only by 28 jun

when i check, it does has all the subs like what i screenshot as i am in the account
and there is no manger in the manager list, everything is removed

usually when buying youtube account, i suggest transfer ownership instead of taking whole email account
but in this case, u guys want to trade youtube account, i hold one of the youtube account and you gave him your youtube account, everything was good when i checking and the moment he took your account and changed account info, he complete the transfer of subs, and you end up getting the account the subs he already took away

He's banned? He's probably the scammer. Anyway admin I just want you to know that it is the middleman's job to secure the safety of my account.
And yet the scammer got the best of him. I want some sort of resolution to this. I lost a 54K channel you know. And that channel costs a lot.

I can't believe you guys aren't doing anything about this. I lost a YouTube Channel with 54K Subs! I get it I've been scammed by somebody. But you guys are forgetting that the it's actually the middleman's fault. It's his job to ensure our account's safety in trading. And yet he had failed, and he had cost me a lot. Why are you guys protecting him? I didn't even give him a bad feedback, I just want this to be resolved. Yes plus has been banned. But I wouldn't have been scammed if the middleman knew what he was doing. He should've told us he didn't know his job. I lost a YouTube channel because he didn't know what he was doing. I don't feel like giving him a negative review would do anything to reimburse my loss. That's why I'm asking you admins on your resolution on this. I've lost a lot and he gets to go free. Plus, I don't think 1 negative review would alter anything in his EpicNPC Reputation. I just want my loss to be reimbursed and it was his fault.

Agreed a middleman should have top end knowledge of the deal he's over seeing for the services he is providing, or he shouldn't be involved otherwise whatsoever.

I personally don't know how much knowledge the middleman has in this case regarding utube experience. Maybe Admins can discuss with him and at the very least a Negative feedback and a return of the MM fee

All I want is the channel to be reimbursed. I'd agree if it was even half the value of it. Clearly the middleman doesn't know sh*t of what he's doing, yet he goes free and earns more from this. I don't want to give this fool a negative review. I just want him to pay back what I lost, half of what I lost actually. That's all I'm asking. I used a middleman because I thought that he was reliable not contemptible. If he doesn't know what he was doing he shouldn't have agreed to exchange our accounts in the first place. Plus (x1.img) gave the Youtube account to SPACEBOYS, but then transfered ownership to another account while SPACEBOYS held the account. SPACEBOYS didn't notice.

The job of a middleman is to prevent scams. If a middleman is using a process that isn't good or fails to check for something obvious, that middleman should be partial responsible for the scam.

SPACEBOYS you stated that you know it's safer to do a transfer ownership. You also said you "usually suggest" this method, did you suggest it here? If so, please post chat logs showing where you told both users that transferring ownership should be used.

This is part of being a middleman, you need to tell the users the best method to conduct the trade. It seems to me you knew they were using an unsafe methods, but you didn't say thing.

video upload date and the amount of subs. And he also changes

Dictatorce I don't understand why you can't recover your Youtube account. Please explain why you are unable to do this.

The scammer changed all the account recovery info. And google wouldn't believe me when I filled up their forms regarding account recovery.
I could only answer some that were related to the previously used password, previously used backup email and the correct date. I keep on
getting an automated response that I don't have enough additional information. Yet there's nothing more to add.

Spaceboys was still liable for my channel's loss. I saw on another post that Spaceboys also didn't know what he was doing (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/116...-get-zeroed-and-the-middleman-has-no-response) yet he was going to be paid for his loss. The value of our loss was about the same, mine $1500 his $1800. He was liable for the damages that I've lost. Please reconsider my case.

That dispute was slightly different because it was a game and the account was basically destroyed by another player. There's no way to recover from something like that.

However in this case, you should be able to recover your account.

Have you tried contacting the yt-partner-support email for Youtube?

If you are the rightful owner, the original email and phone number on the youtube account should be yours. Even if the security info was changed, Youtube should still be able to confirm the original info, so I don't understand why you can't recover it.

You will have to show the full support ticket showing what info you sent them and why they are denying your recall request. You can sent this to me privately if it contains sensitive info.
