Trustap already verified but can't verify on Epicnpc

My account on Trustap is verified but everytime I click on the verify button on Epicnpc it shows an error.

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
Unable to verify seller status. Please make sure to submit your profile and payment information on TrustAp. Once TrustAp approves you, return to this page and click on the "Verify Account" button again."

You already have an active support ticket for this issue. As stated, Trustap told us your account is incomplete.

We find that additional verification is needed in order to activate the profile.
Would you kindly ask the user to log in to their Trustap account and complete the missing information.

There is nothing we can do from our end. We cannot activate incomplete accounts.

Please reply to the support ticket for additional help.
