Hi all my is Chris -

Im here to help everyone out on Fitness and health .

My main area in fitness is Sports training and supplement master .

I have 2 certs under my belt with Bally Total Fitness . , ISSA And Nasm .
4 years being a Fitness Trainer .
2 Years local sports trainer .
And 10 plus years training overall fitness .

How many meals do u eat . avg per day ? About three, plus A LOT of crap junk in between.

" What meals do u eat on a .avg day? Usually just boxed family sized dinners/meals from the grocery store. Frozen or easy to make stuff.

Do u have any Health issues ? Aside from a bum right knee, nope.

Do u belong to a GYM ? No, don't really have the time with my kids, and college at the moment.

Do u belong to a GYM ? No, but I have one available to me on campus at any time.
 
Quick question regarding stretch marks. I understand that they are considered normal, seeing as I have stuck to the strictest form in my lift routines; however, I wanted to know if there was any specific way you dealt with them Protocall. Much appreciated and great to see this thread back up :).

i have some bad 1's - i use aloe and coco butter to smooth the skin out .

Start off by leg workouts , squats etc - Your legs will spike your test levels in your blood . Stay away from chemical supplements and try 5 meals a day with high protein , high energy carbs like wheat pasta / veggiez . Eat the carbs before workout so u can use them as energy . So start out with 2 weeks hitting the legs good . Also do pushups x5 sets just to build that frame up . Msg me back in 2 weeks for noob starter guide after u start the phase .

Was just wondering what I should do to build muscle mass mainly in my chest / arms. My dietitian told I was under weight and I should be at least 164 lbs. Is there any ways to gain muscle I just don't want to put any fat on.

I used to weigh 210 lbs so I'm just hesitant about putting weight back on.

Breakfast: Eggs (over medium)x2 Bacon(peppered)x4 and 2 pancakes.
Lunch: Food easiest to make, grilled cheese, toquitos, etc
Dinner: A meat or poultry main course, a veggie, and either rice, or mashed potatos, or mac-n-cheese normally
*also i work midnight shifts, and i find myself hungry alot, so as you might expect, i snack. I bring string cheese x 2, oatmeal, grapes, yogurt. as my snacks

Do u have any Health issues? Torn ACL and PCL in the left knee, and ACL reconstruction surgery done on the right knee

Do u belong to a GYM? Yes

I am just curious on where to start. I have an idea what the lean way of eating healthy while lifting and working out but i'd rather take advice from someone who knows more:

How many meals do u eat . avg per day ? About 4-5 full meals, then i go days without touching a full meal, if i were to keep up with the size of my 4-5 meals i eat, i would be really fat lol

How many meals do u eat . avg per day ? 3 per day standard cereals, then toast maybe 4 slices, lunch is normally some form of hot food like a stew or hot pot with a large salad, evening meal is varied, always hot, normally contains standard meat and two veg.
