Today I'm selling $60 on Skrill! To hold some on it still I'll give you $55. I want for that $55 skrill $50 Paypal.
So you pay me $50 Paypal (F&F only) and I will pay you $55 Skrill. (There's fees on sending money, but I'll pay the fees to send the skrill money, you pay fees to send the paypal money. Seems fair?)
If you are high rep, I will go first, otherwise we use a high rep middleman.( I will pay the fees for the middleman)
