Trading in different currencies (?) for example Warframe Platinum for CS:GO skins

I was on the lookout if there is someone experienced with this kind of trade as I mentioned in the title.
I was allready looking in the Forums but could not find anything about it. I hope some of you can help me out for a safe trade.
I played Warframe for a long time and saved a good amount of Platinum (Warframe ingame currency). But since i don't have PayPal i was trying to trade for something else. I recently started with CS:GO and I'm really interested into the weapon skins. So i thought it would be a "good" idea if I trade my Platinum for CS:GO skins.
But here is the porblem. CS:GO items are traded via Steam and Warframe Platinum trough the trading post which is ingame. So i figured out the trade will end up in a "who will go first".
For me it is the only way to trade for the skins. I do not have PayPal and don't want to spend money for example on a paysafeCard if there is so much Platinum on my Warframe account just layin around. Skins would be traded for the same value which will be settled first. For example keys or skins worth of 10€ for 1000 Platinum or something like this.
But i was wondering if theres another way or even if there is a middleman for Warframe? Since credit trading taxes for 1 Platinum are 500 Credits it could get really expensive for the middleman (or maybe not?)
Any help/opinions about this kind of trade are greatly appreciated!
