About me: My personal life is to work at Walmart 5 days a week and 3:30pm-12am, second life is WoW. I have 2 personal accounts for my own chars and mules. I build new accounts from WoW products that i xfer characters over to i have reached a potential trading agreement and trade the new account with the trader.
This is a guide to teach methods of trading safely and preventing alot of actions causing distrust and scams. This guide is based on the Seller only giving the teachings fully of what is what and what needs to be done.
** I always buy a new account and 60-day key rather then giving him/her personal accounts i use **

You were contacted to trade the character you wanted (Warrior>Warlock). Start with a converstion to get things going. Remember, the opening act shows who you really are....
Ask the buyer to come to the server your warrior is on and show him what you got. Dont hand him no picture or some video, not legit. Tell him to make an orc because the town is up the street and join him down in razor hill and show him your items/gold/etc. Let him inspect you and see your character is legit. This method brings trust into the seller showing him your character and you are speaking the truth. Remeber picutres can be edited very easyly ^.^ Next part is to join him on his Warlock's server and see that it is legit as well. This brings trust between both of the traders showing neither is playing around when it comes down to characters.
Join him/her on vent or TS, this because no one likes calling long distances ^.~ Start talking to him/her, dont feel scared to say something and always mention to him "If you experiance any unwelcome movements or actions, with all due respect your allowed to back out at anytime before the sharing" Start a conversaion, buisness is suppose to be friendly and never strict
**Remember, treat them how you would want to be treated!**
Tell him/her about your warriors skills, professions w/e and ask about theres. Share information on both characters! This builds intresist on both traders!
Now comes the sharing of information...
**Pay attention because this is what those that got scamed may have missed**
The first thing that MUST be done is that you request the buyer to change the email on the warlocks account to that of your chosing! Explain to him that this must be done to prevent future compliations in both trading and distant. Ask for his/hers as well and change it.
**Sellers/Buyers even though you changed it to his email he is unable to find out information on the account becuase they have not found out the accual details. Buyers you will repectfully do the same as well.**
After he/she has said the email has been changed ask them to change it back to there email, This method will send a email to the buyers email address for confirmation asking for approval, once signed in properly, to change it back proving that he/she has done which you have requested.
** Before moving on further, share what each of your secret questions are. **
After that has been done, the next step that MUST be done is asking for the phone number listed on the account. If you do not trust or have faith in them by now, request to give them a call to verify the number, when you do call all you really need to do is ask if this is so&so. (Remember no one likes a long long-distance bill ^.~)
** Guess what?! Your done! You might not realize it but both traders has the oppisite account without realizing it! Scroll down and you will see **

You both have successfuly changed the email for both accounts

All that now needs to be done is doing a password request.
** Password creation **
This link will first ask for the account name, next it will ask for the answer to the secret question, phone number and email of the account. After this is finished a fresh and brand new password is sent safely to your mailbox.
Now login under Account management and change the contact information, enter a CC# or PPC etc.
Don't rush it, make it last! Never rush into the character with out changing proper information to prevent scams!
Stay on vent/TS or AIM/Yahoo etc, chat with him/her, make a new friend, tell them about your warriors spells etc, get to know them, that is customer service ^.^
