wtspally10191, you are pointing fingers everywhere without any actual proof. i agree with killswitch's approach to this. it is really rather simple:

1) blizzcon / beta keys are ONE TIME use - meaning that if he gives you a key, you can activate it, NOT give him the account and run off and he cannot do squat.
2) even if you trust him and go first, unlike the WoTLk beta key, your account is NOT one time use. meaning you can use his key, run off and recall your account. again he will not be able to do anything.
3) he cannot even call blizzards billing and account services to verify the information you have provided (such as last name - which is blanked out of the account management page), meaning that again, you can waltz off with his key and he cannot do anything it.
4) why are you in such a great rush? cannot even wait one day? or are you trying to pull a fast hit and run? just because he is being cautious and understands the risks, does NOT make him a scammer. you HARASSING his multiple posts, falsifying your post count, rep and star count for "rep" over AIM is what is throwing up red flags here.
5) in his position dealing with an unverified user, i would be equally weary and careful.
6) your proof is null and void and just clearly shows how much of a deal you are making out of someone trying to be safe as well as you rushing a transaction - THAT is fishy enough.
7) please stop harassing killswitch over AIM and here on EVERY thread he posts, or you will be removed and banned.

Basically this aim log is about 9 times larger then what he just posted..he goes on about how hes 48 and has a family.. hes been a markee member for "years" and has multiple positive feedback's. The aim log he just posted is doctored and does not represent what actually happened. Sad little guy, sorry I wouldn't trade with you.

Also, why did you not post under your markee account with all of this great markee rep you said you had? I simply wanted to wait until Blizzard was open before we traded so I could verify you gave me the correct information before I handed you a one-time use key.

Killswitchedon: I can call blizzard to make sure you give me the correct first and last names.. I call and tell them im having a problem changing some info I keep getting an error they will ask me for the first and last name, I give it to them and they tell me if its wrong or not

Obviously proves that he is a scammer, he expects me to forget about our conversation so i dont put him on the scammer forums, sorry kid. Plus, he showed me a link of his "two" beta keys, when what all he did was just copy the same picture of one beta key to the same page lol, and it wasn't even a full page of gmail, it was obviously a example of someone else's picture he found and just duplicated the first half and cropped some sides
