What is the dispute about? Right after I helped them with securing my account that i traded to them, they stopped responding after i needed assistance in securing the account that they traded me. They have also gone ahead and changed the password of the account. (i can't have changed the password without email access which i didnt have, which is how i know the trader has changed it.) i sent them messages every few days (knowing they told me earlier they had issues with responding) and a couple times, they deliberately read the message and did not respond. I have now just given away an account without recieving anything back.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) trader did not state if they were the original owner or not.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 15 days
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. I do not but i can say that genshin accounts that you do not have email access to, you cannot change the password without having access to the email linked with the account, the account password was changed by the owner or the email owner of the account.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)
