Trade silver I acc (all champs,201 skins,20 runepages) for a dia 5 acc with no skins

I want to trade my LoL silver 1 account on EuW with all champs 201 skins and 20 runepages and over 10000 IP against a diamond 5 account with some champs and no skins (wouldnt say no if there would be some skins on the acc but idc ^^).
I invested over 1500 euro in my account so i think it is a good trade for both sides.
