one of my friends got hacked the hacker send a messag saying that riot was making a giveaway so now i cant change the email, but that hacked isnt doing that messages anymore

And i sent a report to riot, that stopped that hacker but i cant change the email of the acount and the password

 

What you mean whit "was hacked"??
