Trade Guardian - Payment Question

Can payment be made outside of the site using a different method as long as the seller confirms that they received the payment??

I'm assuming your talking about MM Trade Guardian transactions. For these, the buyer pays the seller directly, while the MM holds the item. So the payment can be whatever the buyer and seller agree to use.

The only Trade Guardian services were payment is held by the system is with the Bitcoin escrow service. Buyer has to pay with Bitcoin through TG.

Hello, what can I do, when I want to cancel a transaction? The MM-Service status has "

MM Waiting for item". Do I get my MM fee back?​

If the MM has not received the item or account, if canceled, we issue a full refund.

If the MM already received the item/account from the seller, if the transaction is then canceled we issue a partial refund, $9.95 is not refundable because we have to pay the MM for their time.

And how do I cancel? There is no option. The seller also has no option. And MM is offline.

And isn‘t the transaction canceled after 24h automatically?

The MM „Logisticz“ is sadly only online when I‘m asleep which makes the transaction in general really hard and also the cancellation now.

Logisticz was really nice when he came online and refunded the fee, very nice man!

In the top menu, click Middleman Services > Active Transactions and you'll see a cancel button on that page.
