I'm having issues starting a trade guardian / mm service and accepting it. I believe it is because I previously charged back on PayPal however, it was due to the fact I was not getting a refund after I had paid for middleman services but did not receive it. I can send you guys the conversation with the middle man. But basically this is how the process went, I paid for the middle man services and it showed on my PayPal that I was already deducted however, the middleman who accepted the job said he never received the payment. After that, he canceled the transaction and my money was never refunded. So I had to chargeback with paypal. Is there anything I can to use trade guardian?
