A new marketing tool has been created to allow Trade Guardian sellers to quickly contact previous customers via chat. The new option can be found in our Advertising menu at the top.

- Customer lists - Sellers can contact all previous customers or create custom lists for specific games or categories.
- Customers that purchased via Trade Guardian will automatically be listed.
- There is an option for seller's to add other members..
- Chat Message - A marketing message can be created that will be sent to members via chat.
- The messages will be marked as advertising so the members know it's a marketing message.
- Sellers can only send one message every 30 days.
- Email notification depends on the user's settings.
- Currently there is no opt-out feature because these are on-site messages only. No email or off-site notifications. Depending on usage an opt-out feature could be added in the future.
- The is a paid feature ranging from $5 to $35 depending how many members you have on your mailing list.
- Currently 1000 customers is the max size.
- Before a marketing message is sent, it will have to be approved which can take up to 24 hrs.
