Trade Guardian Issues

I have paid bitcoin for trade guardian. And it said transaction completed in bitpay. But for some reason on here it says unpaid. Does the bitcoin transaction itself need to confirm or something?

ID# is 12345. And value of trade is $800 and I paid $24 in fees.

For future reference, bitcoin transactions normally take 10-20 minutes to confirm, however can sometimes take much longer. The status will not display as "Paid" until the payment confirms. We have no control over the speed of a payment, so a buyer and seller just have to wait during this time.
