What is the dispute about?
I have purchased an Overwatch account although I have completely lost access to it, I believe that it was stolen as the original owner must have recovered the account? I know this because there hasn't been any access to my email although the address associated with the account has been changed. I have an email to prove this. I would like a refund as the person that has sold it to me has been banned on epicnpc according to what it says on the middleman transaction, this leads me to think that they have done the same thing with other accounts and I won't be able to get the account back since I have no way of contacting them due to them being banned. I originally had security questions too which were used to secure the account therefore Blizzard would have been responsible for the email change.
Other details / notes:
The payment was made with rocket league credits on GAMER2GAMER therefore I sent the credits to the middleman where they then sent them to the person selling the account so the purchase log on PayPal that shows the transaction isn't the email of the seller.

Other proof: The steam profile link at the bottom of the Discord screenshot belongs to the middleman. Proof of payment can also be seen in the middleman trade guardian chatlog as I had delivered the payment to the middleman before the seller had received it.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Nothing was mentioned apart from them saying they have the account for sale

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) At the time of sale I was given the email, password and the secret question answer.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Approximately 22 days.
