What is the dispute about?
Seller had a problem trying to link account to my email which was fine. They were insistent on refunding me for it which was also fine. But when they showed me screenshots of the refund. The transaction IDs were different from the original purchase. I later called paypal to confirm the refund. Paypal said that they never received notice for a refund and that F&F payments sent through paypal cannot be refunded through paypal. I last contacted them yesterday at 2:45PM Central US time but had no response from seller.
