Tracing E-Mail IPs

So I've been tracing mail IPs on my hormail... Why half of them come form microsoft (Seattle/San Francisco)? Can't I know the real IP? :s

I didn't ask for the IPs, I asked how to see them from the e-mail that I ask them to send me.

the problem is that it says it comes from microsoft -_^

people's IP addresses are not included in emails. The mail server IP is included, which is why it shows microsoft. You can't get someone's computer IP off an email.
