The character is a lvl 80 Static Strike Marauder that shocks and freezes surrounding monsters due to Elemental Equilibrium and Hatred while Herald of thunder is taking care of cursing the monsters around with Warlords Mark providing good defensive bonuses and improved sustainability.
BASICS
The current skillset uses Static Strike for AOE damage and Heavy Strike for single target. The Elemental Equilibrium ensures that all the monsters are shocked and quite often frozen as well because of the Hatred aura.The build is very dynamic, uses axes therefore Onslaught is quite often procced. The build was created for solo clearing, but it turned out to be very useful utility build in parties beacause of the shock and freeze.
The reflects have minor effect since the character is a phys-elemental hybrid and has decent leaching mechanics.
STATS
The Character has over 5000 HP with all Elemental Resistances capped. Since Warlord's MArk is applied automatically, the three endurance charges are almost always up so the pysical reduction is over 40% most of the times.Also the freezing gives a lot of damage mitigation so the Marauder can tank massive packs. The Character is self sustaining, so there is no need to use flasks continuously to progress.
STASH
The Stash contains few Chaos worth of currencies, about 30 maps and some gems that dropped during the leveling process.
BUILD
The build is not too gear dependent, but it requires a decent 2H Axe. Currently Wings of Entropy is equipped with a very nice roll, but with a 5- or 6-link weapon later the damage can be significantly improved. Still , the main point of the build is hitting fast and hard with Static Strike keeping the monsters shocked and chilled/frozen.
The two most important gem setups are Static Strike+Multistrike+Life on hit+ Elemental Equilibrium. Life on hit is more effective at the moment due to healing instantly after the Static Strike AOE. Later on with higher damage and Vaal Pact it can be replaced with Life Leech. The setup can be improved with Faster attacks and MElee physical damage in case of transitioning to 5 or 6 links. The single target setup is Heavy strike+Life Leech+Faster Attacks+Melee Physical damage.This is pretty standard, but effective. As for cursing, since there is decent chance of shocking and spreading with equilibrium, Herald of Thunder has a very high uptime and as such it curses the mosters with Warlord's Mark with every hit.The setup is Herald of Thunder+Curse on Hit+Warlord's Mark+ Leap slam so the leap sam has the same cursing effect when you engage a new pack of monsters.
Since the Marauder is usually in the middle of the packs there is an additional sustaining and shocking mechanism inbuilt by Vengeance+Added Lightning Damage+Life Gain on hit gems.
The character is very effective against huge packs of monsters regardless of their strength, but a bit weak towards Chaos damage bosses so they have to be taken on cautiously.
MASTERS
All masters are decently leveled, but two of the key masters are the highest. All favor gained while leveling is in tact, nothing has been spent on the hideout yet, so you can customize your own lair to your liking. The crafting stations are all built already.
