I've never seen such a person who's so rude and impatient like you.I can't skip hold on time.Confirm receipt button will not appear within 48 hours after transferring.I found the reason on reddit.The customer support didn't tell me about it.I'll request to remove negative feedback if you agree with it,or leave the feedback here if you don't agree.
By the way,If I really do nothing you'll have to wait 21 days to receive the payment.However,the receipt was confirmed 18 hours ago.

Contact your local Paypal customer support to confirm.I've already contacted my local support.They said the payment was transferred successfully and told me that I didn't need to do anything.

What a terrible deal

The seller misunderstood me as a scammer because of the transferred money's status and his impatient.I transferred USD-PHP (It's PAYPAL's auto exchange service.I didn't notice it) to his account at first.He suddenly said he didn't want PHP.Then he asked me to transfer USD to his account.I misunderstood that the reason must be currency‘s price differences.I transferred $1 to his account.Finally he pissed off.He thought I was trying to scam him and enjoying this situation.It was too late.Despite this I transferred $4 later.However,he said the status was still "on hold" and cancelled all transferred money from me.I thought the reason should caused by my debit card.I changed it to my credit card and transferred $5 to his account.Finally,he received the money several hours later.I got the code,1 star feedback and an unpleasant experience.

 

Time is money.At first,please allow me to apologize to you for wasting your several hours due to my inexperience. I used my debit card to transfer to your paypal account.you said the status was on hold(In fact,the transaction was failed and I received the refund).Now I’ve transferred $5 to your account by using my credit card.If you still cannot receive the money I’ll give up.
