You can join any clan you want, you can start playing CWs and ESL, only depends on you
The rest of the t10s are grinded but I sold them, I also rage sold T22sr and the T34 but you can ask WG to give one of the back. The only trees what are not grinded: obj261, T92, Type5Heavy, Maus, BC arta.

Didnt know about the 2months rule... Anyways almost all tanks are researched, all campaign tanks in garage, you can join any clan you want.

You might want to get T-22 back, so that a buyer doesn't have any inconveniences in case time runs out.
Given that the tank was really rage-sold (for which I really see no reason since the tank is very fun to play) and not taken by WG, and that premium tank restoration hasn't been used already...

To take advantage of this one time exception, the following set of requirements apply
The premium vehicle you want back must have been sold within the last two (2) months.
You must have in the account, at least, the amount of credits you received for the sale of that premium vehicle.
You must have an empty slot in your garage, hangar or port.
A premium vehicle restoration exception was not used up before for the same game.
