extremely suspicious, got me stuck out of my money and stops responding after i paid him

we spent a whole day speaking about it and about the account and asked a lot of questions and i even agreed to go first because middleman is half price of what i'll buy and im not that rich, he knows but he kept mentioning middleman because he knows i can't and he wants to use that in case i "report" him as he doesn't want his npc account banned, he did not want to go first so i went ahead and paid him expecting to get the account in return after discussing explicitly. Guess what, of course he doesn't send, keeps telling me i need to send friends and family and i need to confirm delivery so even if he scams me i won't be able to open a dispute with proofs and get money back which is a typical scammer tactic, acts like he has no options and "something is wrong" but nothing is wrong, i paid and after paying him first and doing my part, he simply did not do his part of the deal, gave me a really rough time with the late responses after that, he starts giving me his issues and then ultimately stops responding while i'm stuck out of my money as i don't even have a refund option on my side, i even believe the other reviews on his account are his or his friends' accounts and fake because it's impossible this obnoxious waste of time makes a smooth deal and jokes around with people's money as if it's a joke. don't trust this guy at all, he will rob you off your cash and pretend "smth is wrong" then simply ignores you
