Toonvendor & mmobay banning

Hello all i don't know in how far people follow the scamming threads but i do and this is something that popd open my eyes with disbelieve.

In these threads the name toonvendor pops up.

In the first one i believe he scammed someone out of 1200$. And mmobay just happens to know the other person is a scammer. As of this date i am stil waiting for the proof. He says he is a know scammer thread maker on a another forum. But does anyone seriously believe a forum hoster that allows posts like that to even share personal info with mmobay?

In this super topic toonvendor lacks to send threw the money he got from selling a account for someone else. And yet again he tries to turn around words and asks legal documents and what ever else. If you sign the documents i send you your money. Seriously toonvendor it isn't your money. If the person would have sold it himself you wouldn't have made 300$, and you are asking him to sign legal documents. Lollerskates

This topic needs some work. I followed all the traces that i could find in all the diffrent posts, and toonvendor is invovled in selling this account as the second person i believe. Than it is sold to someone else and than someone else again. Than it gets recald and the last seller takes the blame, even though he can't do anything about it. And no one looks any further ... problem solved ?

All these invovle toonvendor and moderators keeping logical thinking people out of these topics. I got a total of 3 infractions just for pointing out the obvious. And than they say keep out of topics you are not involved in. Well if that is the case i drop it in here for all to read. And lets just hope it stays for all to read.

Does that help? Now as far as moderators having to provide proof to ban someone, well they do, just not to you. If you would like to start having explicit proof emailed to you for your review please send a letter of request to mmobay.net in quadruplicate and notarized and we'll be happy to look at it.

3 topics where the name toonvendor is involved. 1 banned innocent person. Another that lost track of what actualy happend because someone else took the blame. And now this. And you stil working for mmobay. I feel sorry for your that you associate yourselve with this.

Now please enlighten me. What does my "working" for mmobay have anything to do with a scam thread against toonvendors? I haven't been involved in any of them. Also what have I done that warrants me not "working" for mmobay? Do you have evidence that I am in anyway a less than honest person or am somehow involved in shady undertakings?

I think he thinks he's exposing some sort of conspiracy between MMOBay and me or something.

First post was a previous scammer photoshopping an email.

Second post I'm simply asking Trevor to honor the agreement of submitting proof of his address so I can send him the money. I did a background check on him and most of his accounts get locked/recalled, so I need proof of address just incase I need to file collections claim.

Third post I didn't even know I was somewhat involved in until now. As far as the call, I think he tried calling me in class and I picked up to tell him to call me back at 2:30.

I'm responsible for accounts up until they're resold/traded. That warrior was traded ~5 times, how am I to blame? I mean its such a ****storm that you guys dont even know if it was plat or me who sold it.

I always require OO ID scan or Birth Certificate with account purchases.

1. Guy was a known scammer, imo the payment log looks edited.

2. He offered to pay the guy multiple times...

3. Toonvendor isn't involved at all in that one, his name was mentioned like twice, and as I stated multiple times, it was Platshop not Toonvendor who was the second owner.

Look at the 1 in category "Date Sent and Time" and compare it to the 1 in category "Amount Sent"
Look at the N in Gordon and compare it to the N in John.

Well neither do i, thats my hole point. In belgium we have a saying. Not guilty until PROVEN otherwise. And if mmobay can ban people without deliver proof i am thinking he gets money from somewhere.

Word of advice, lmao buddy. Thats a typical manner of answering from a person who can't compete with words.
I am from belgium so be glad i try and type your native tounge, maybe you should learn dutch and than i can assault you by the words u use.

Well after talking with Cody on the phone today, he assured me I was not involved in anyway with that mess of a warrior thread. So that leaves one open thread with someone who needs to provide proof of address before I send him money. Something he agreed to do days ago, but now refuses.

This person BUYS a account from toonvendor. He sends threw the money ( wich is a concievable ammount of 1200$ ). Than according to the info provided the money gets deducted and is gone all of a sudden. Why would any SCAMMER thinks he gets a account when not paying. Why does he even bother posting and making false ( according to you ) evidence. A scammer wouldn't waste his time like that. I stil think your proof proofs nothing.

Can you provide info if these names match ? The location is somewhere around australia canberra or washington usa. These are like way apart buddy. And i presume washington holds a few 10000000 people. I don't know canberra.

If you didn't agree on it before the sail you have to keep it shut and give the person his money. Otherwise refund the person you sold it to and give back the account. But keeping the money isn't a option !!!!
