I have gained a nasty amount of FAT and water weight ..

215 Lbs before

Now - 235 Yuk....

I am making this profile because, anyone can loose weight and not have any excuses .


Ok, lets do a little brain storming ...

My GOAL WEIGHT ? Get back to 200-215 LBS .

My Eating Plan ? - High Protein and Fast acting carbs before my workouts .

My Workouts ? - I really get the most from MMA Workouts .

When will i start >? Next Week 9/6/10

ETA Goal reached ? 11/6/10

Breakfast - EGG WHITES PLAIN

SNACK 1 - - Beef Jerky

Lunch - Tuna or salmon salad with lemon and red pepper .

SNACK 2 - Protein Shake

PRE-WORKOUT - OATMEAL PLAIN

DINNER - SALMON - No butter PLAIN. 1 Grape fruit, 1 Cup beans .

SNACK 3 - 1/2 PROTEIN SHAKE

SLEEP ----
