What is the dispute about?

he said he had 2 channels. he sold channel 1 to me and gave me information. Then he said that he would give a discount for his other channel. I wanted to buy your other channel and I sent money. later, because he appointed an administrator from another account, he stole the gmail of his first channel from another account. The channel was never delivered.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
Yes
What account information did the seller give you during the sale? (ID, SQA, etc.)
he gave the channel, then disabled it as an administrator. i want to send gmail passwords to the admin, let him log in, you can see the incoming email to gmail.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
