Title of my thread changed to small caps?

I can't seem to figure out why the title of my thread suddenly changed to small caps? Even after editing it still changes to small caps ...

12 CAPS in a title is the max allowed. Our CAPS restriction tool broke last month when we updated the site and we didn't realize until yesterday. The tool was fixed so users are limited to 12 again. If you have more than that, it will change everything to lowercase.
