Make sure you can call them .. some people may think "o this guy is being cool and i think he is honest there is no reason to go threw the hassle".... Well there is plenty of reason to go threw with this seeing how you think all scammers are cool untill they get you then your like [censored]?. When you get a number from the guy go threw with the payment process then look at the buyers location and google the area code making sure they match the area Before accepting the Payment ...Also Have them email you with there Paypal Email adress saying something random that way you know your dealing with the guy on the phone... if they take 10 years to do this and might seem fishy, it might be But then again dont jump on someone if there on the phone with you, just use common sence and more then likly there not scammers if they are on the phone .. If Both peeps Honestly dont have long distance There is also Vent you can do but kinda underminds the whole area code confrmation.. But thats still not my recamendation At all still been scamed that way..

If the guy Emails you saying they recieved the item there is no way for them to recall money realy and most likely paypal will be in your favor.
Also Keep the Number givin even after the transaction has gone threw.. always a smart thing to do
Best way to do it Without going threw Ebay.
Your best bet for both sides is to still go threw ebay but I recomend going threw these steps if you choose to handle these transactions threw Marke...
Another tip... Even though im not verafied cuzz they never had this jazz when i used to do my trading back in the day on here , WORK WITH VERAFIED PEEPS!!! And not accounts that where created 2 days ago...
