I see a lot of post reguarding how to protect yourself when selling a WoW account; yet I cant seem to find any about protecting yourself when you're the buyer.
I have bought 7 WoW accounts in the past 2 years and 4 of the 7 have been recalled in some way or another. And on all 4 incidents of recall I was unable to get any money back from a Paypal dispute.
All of the selling safeguard post I see all say not to give out any information without getting the payment first. What can I do to insure that the information will be given after the payment has been sent? And if all goes wrong how do I properly handle a dispute with Paypal?
