Time Between Posts or Bumps -- Professional Seller

Hey Mike.

Would it be possible to make the time between posts go away for Professional Sellers? Kind of annoying sitting there for a minute and a half just to bump our <5 posts. I am sure that all of your professional sellers would greatly appreciate it.

are you talking about the 6 hr limit for bumps? The whole point of the bump prevention addon was so mods didn't have to worry about people abusing bumps and it was handled automatically. If I start excluding groups, that would just mean we'd have to start monitoring your (premium sellers) threads again which sort of defeats the whole purpose. Sorry but I'll have to say no. I can change it to 5 hrs 58 mins if you like

I think he is talking about the post timer. When you go to make a post if you have already posted recently is says something along the lines of, You can not post, you have already posted, please wait XXminutes, this is to prevent the board from flooding. I can see how that time would be rather annoying for prof sellers haha.

I am talking about the post timer. There is a 15 second delay between posts at the moment. It makes bumping a pain in the butt. Was wondering if that can be shortened or just expunged so that we do have not to sit here and wait. The timer never existed on MD and it was quite nice.

currently there is no setting to exempt a certain usergroup, but I'll see what I can find.

may i petition it be lowered for all users for a trial period and if it poses as too much server load you can adjust it back?
