• No chargeback method, payment exploit, dupe or bug is used.

Never list an item or complete a market transaction until the exact instructions have been confirmed.

If an accepted Lucent order cannot be delivered, the customer may choose a new valid delivery listing, adjusted amount, or refund for the undelivered portion.

Marketplace taxes already consumed by a correctly completed in-game transaction are not refundable unless otherwise agreed before payment.
