Banned - Making accounts to avoid negative feedbacks

So im selling my League of legends account, and this person who added me offered a huge chunk of money for an account thats worth 1/3 of the original amount. He seemed pretty chill, so i said okay lets do this transaction. I offered a middleman, ONLY ON THIS WEBSITE. He declines saying he isnt cool with it. IM THE SELLER, and hes the buyer. already pretty fishy, when I offered him the middleman for a large amount of money. Two~Three weeks pass, he adds me once more. asking me if i sold it or not. l declined and he offered me $300 dollars for the email associated with my league of legends account. He told me along the lines " He has a RP hack for 20000 rp". When i come home from basketball, he tells me that he chooses the middleman, and he was from epicnpc. So we get into a chat on skype *WILL PROVIDE SS*, even before that my buyer tells me that he scammed once, and his days were before him and he was going to become a legit person, which automatically triggers in my mind that this person is a scammer. So later on, the middleman tells me that hes been banned before here so excessive amount of spam, but he was still a legit person. i decline the offer and drama appears. Screenshots are a bit offensive to white,asians; since i called him out personally as well as he.
