I think you don’t need to see the contents of the dispute to know what happened. Why did you threaten the seller & open a chargeback against them?

@blendy Did you issue the refund yourself or was it decided by PayPal? Were the purchased item(s) returned?

If a dispute is opened, there are only 2 possibilities: 1. Seller does not initiate a refund. PayPal will look at the evidence and either accept or deny the refund request or 2. Seller accepts the refund request & refunds buyer’s money. In that case, PayPal does not rule because the dispute is resolved.

Only other option is buyer cancels but that obviously didn’t happen here.

So which of the 2 scenarios happened? In case of the former, the dispute would have been gone already before you refunded him.

I’m not sure what I’m looking at here. You said you initiated the refund yourself, but this seems more like PayPal decided in his favour & you never initiated anything. Also have no idea what that Discord screenshot is supposed to mean.

Buyer @robloxmvp charged back the payment. No refund was provided. Buyer now holds items & money. Buyer purchased from seller on 3 different occasions, all 3 payments were disputed & ruled in buyer’s favour.

@robloxmvp You must either return the money or the items. In case of the money, we will mark this dispute as resolved. For the items, we will mark this as forced tradeback & you will get your first & final warning for this.

Since you lied about what went down & have been stalling since the start, you will have 24 hours to comply. Failure to comply will result in a ban.
