Thread title all small letters

I have noticed this twice now. For some reason after I enter my title and info and submit a new thread my font's in my thread title become all small.

For ex:

I just created this thread.

Originally I entered below as my title and look above how it changed my font to small after submitting. If you can please make it look like my thread title below I'd appreciate it.

Too many special symbols in title i believe the [ - + with apostrophe are 11
