Thread deleted because of new rule, what happens to my sticky?

Hi, because of the new rule regarding aged accounts, my thread that was live for 2 years since 2022 was deleted out of nowhere.

I purchased +6 months sticky extension on october last year and my sticky is supposed to still be live until april 24 but since my thread was suddenly deleted out of nowhere can i get a refund for my unused sticky?

I thought you had a support ticket for this, but I can't find it. Maybe it was someone else with the same issue.

You are not eligible. Please remove aged accounts from your site, you are not allowed to sell them here or links to sites where you sell them.

There is a 10 day grace period with the new rule. There's 4 days remaining, so please edit your thread asap to remove aged accounts. Otherwise it will be deleted in 4 days.

We'll issue a refund for the remaining days for the sticky thread if that happens.

Hi there, it seems like it's really no longer allowed to sell aged accounts here, i really wanted to stay longer and keep purchasing sticky for few more years but there is nothing that can be done about new rule.

I have no choice but to delete the thread because it's not possible for me to sell anymore.

How can we calculate and process the sticky refund for remaining months?
