This scammer Svenets broke my account after failed to steal it

He's lied about sent a PayPal to me and accuse me as scammer, we're not using middleman so when he has sent the PayPal and invoice and then I give him my account (this is my fault)

I feel something odd when I can't verify if I can receive the money or not because in invoice there's a notic to wait around 2 hours cause of uni emirate arab policy but he doesn't allow me to wait

Then I give my account to him and he had successfuly logged in also checked it but after that when I am asking to AI about the invoice that he gave it has so many incongruity, because of that I do safe back my account and tell him we just need to wait 2 hours until I got the money (in this state I have no any guarantee if I can get the money or not) and this point he plays framing as though I am a scammer AND broke my account

And finally he tells me that he can cancel the payment through bank so I can't get the money in my Paypal anymore (may this person always be in misery throughout his life)

Also the funny thing is he asked to me what his guarantee after he got charged already ( he can cancel the payment through bank that's the GUARANTEE ) meanwhile in my side? Yeah I got account broked that's only that's all
