my policy is to not deal with people who use screenames that are either A) ridiculous (LOLYOURMOMSHIBBYSHOES8842) or B) are related to what they are selling/offering. That's because if you need to contact them over AIM in a later point in time, odds are they won't be online using that same screename. And anyone who has "accounts ranging from green to S3" is sketchy in my book.

There are a lot of warning flags to look for. I caught a few. Just use your gut feeling, how professionally they speak to you, their screenname, etc etc.
