This dude is making multiple epic and discord accs and scamming people

This individual makes new epicnpc accs and trys to resell the same account. I sent money to this person and never recieved that exact same acc he's selling. He now has a new discord to scam people with. Heres the link to the current acc i purchased and he is attempting to scam people with.

He invite me a discord
And he said just f&f paypal or gift code trade
But he didnt give me
And he ignore discord and chatting
Anyone who see this account
Do not trade with him
