Thinking about buying a tera aaccount

So I am thinking about buying a tera account but I am worried that I could be scammed because I am buying an account. The seller is willing to let me login to the account to verify the account myself. The account is less than 40 dollars so not very expensive compared to other tera accounts. The seller is a new seller on this site with 0 feedback. Says noob status made this year, should I be worried

Anyone who's new with no feedback is high risk. I would suggest using a MM for the transaction to be safe.
