I want a guardian with the legendary Meteorlogicus, Has tohave 100% map completion and preferably higher than lvl 30 fractals but not necessary.
It cannot be either Charr or Asuran!
I would also be interested in a Thief with Incinerator/Bolt.
Not the Shortbow legendary and not Charr, sylvari or asuran race!
