You may remember my post from last time.

TGS now are refusing to give me back my toon - see email below.



I aint gonna apologise for

1. Telling the truth that I got a fake email - TGS now and claim it was a "mistake"..see screenshot below.



and now he blames "James" for sending the fake email..screenshot below...the issue was always a Paid Character Transfer Issue.



The fact that an onseller admits to holding onto a customers toon after I've paid $450 for the toon should be enough proof to ban them.

@ Lady Alex - yes they gave me back the account with a level 1 toon - i didnt pay $450 for a level 1 toon.

If Blizz did recall the toon then TGS need to honor their guarantee and give me a full refund..the issue was ALWAYS a PCT issue.

@ Gbs - in your last post (on my previously closed thread) you asked me to post a screenshot of the fake email - now I can do that but since that time Lady A advised me that their were other characters linked to the primary account which have not been banned..so if i post a screenshot of the fake email..Blizz may be tipped off that that registered email has sold toons and (may) ban all toons from that registered email..that is the ONLY REASON why I have not posted a screen shot of the fake email I received -I dun want some kid to loose his account just b/c he was linked to that email address / account.

However I have forwarded the fake email to Lady A.
