TheDunbay - Took $220 on venmo and has ignored me.

I've done a single deal with Dunbay before and reached out to get another one done, paid $220 on venmo he was receptive, then suddenly 3 days ago he stopped responding, he kept assuring me he would start leveling over and over.

I requested the $220 back from him on venmo and he declined that request yesterday so he's obviously aware I'm trying to get in touch with him.
