The buyer opened a false claim through paypal that somebody logged on his account and made the payment, trying to scam me. This goes against my TOS so he will not get anything as compensation.

@Rengodlike According to riot support the skin was removed due to an issue with the sender. You are the sender of the skin correct? I also see another user has had the same issue with their account.

Yes. Basically I had a problem with my service and a couple of people had their skins removed. On pretty much all of the cases I either refunded the buyers or regifted the skins. The reason I didn't compensate this case is because the buyer messaged me about the skin removal then within 12h of messaging me he opened a false claim through paypal that someone else made the purchase. Then he says that I hadn't responded which made me go insane because he didn't even wait for a day before taking an action.

That is understandable, however I still think the easiest way to resolve this and move on is just to refund as the product that was purchased was removed from the account due to no actions of the buyer.

Please refund and then we can close/resolve.

12 hours? You have been offline for 5 days. So I waited and chose the last method. Ok? You are using an illegally stolen card. Is this a lie? Prove it if it's not wrong. I don't have to take that little money But can i tell us why i made such a request to PayPal? Because scammers like you are offended for having even that little money. why did you say I was a scammer after ignoring the message about me for 3 days? just paypal refund ? I have all the evidence.
