To anybody else out there hesitating on making this decision, afraid that something will happen, please don't be. These people are safe, trustworthy, and willing to go above and beyond to try and give you exactly what you want, in a way that you are comfortable with.

I reached out, got a response almost instantly, and Valentine was so willing to try and work around what I was and wasn't comfortable with. They were even willing to go as far as to offer a seven-man clear so that I didn't need to give out my account credentials, but after some consideration and all of the positive feedback I saw, I decided to take the risk. I wasn't even asked to remove my 2-Factor Authentication / One-Time Password.

Now, it was not a decision that I made lightly. My account comes from the era where A Realm Reborn was still in its infancy. I have almost 10,000 hours on my main character, a lot of event items, exclusive items, rewards, every job levelled to max level, and a large amount of other limited item items or things that are no longer available. I was terrified of losing my account because if I did, I knew that there was no way I was ever returning to continue playing Final Fantasy XIV. I would have quit on the spot and eternally cursed myself. Here I am still with my account, and happier than ever that I decided to do this.

I paid for five clears of Memoria Misera. I provided my account information, got screenshots of the process as everything happened, and even got a private stream to make sure nothing else was going on other than the clears. Within an hour Valentine and their team had gotten me all five of the clears I paid for, and my account was immediately released back to me with no delay. Nothing was removed, missing, tampered with, sold, everything was exactly where it was before (aside from a few items being moved around in my inventory, which was an absolute mess, so it was necessary). I still had my private estate, everything.

I will absolutely be returning should I desire anything else that feels like I can't obtain by my own means, and would wholly recommend them to anybody!
