Not max in the lab: goblin (already in lab -> to MAX level), hog rider(lvl 6), golem (lvl 5), haste spell (lvl 2), clone spell (lvl 3), skeleton spell (lvl 1)
Heroes: BK 44 AQ 44 GW 20 (upgrading AK and BK to 45)

I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER, the account is legitimate and 3rd party software was never used.

Regarding transferring the account, the village is linked to both iOS and Android to my accounts for which I am the only one to have access and knows the security questions. Unlinking the village with the emails is also possible to your email address, but this is something you can do once you gain full access to the village. I will be at your disposal in case you have some issues.
