Other information:
This was my first transaction and I was using MM. I didn't catch the line about "buyer do NOT pay until.." After I paid, the user rou_sier was banned. MM wouldn't give me the account. Rou_sier contacted me through paypal with his Discord:
Was given the account name and password, but I can't sign in because it seems like the MM might have changed the password.
I don't see the point in rou_sier communicating with me after if he's a scammer.
On the other hand, I haven't been getting any messages from Delac or EpicNPC about the account I paid for.
It kind of feels like I'm being scammed by them from this account rather than from rou_sier who's actually communicating with me.
I was told by Delac, "He needs to refund you,as admin said,i cant do much."
Honestly, from a first-time user here, it feels like they're trying to keep the account and resell it themselves. I know that's a ridiculous claim, but what can I do when rou_sier is responding me when Delac and EpicNPC aren't.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
