Do NOT buy from this seller, or you will be in to age yourself at least 3 years in under an under an hour. You will drive yourself insane, and feel like you're in
The Twilight Zone.
I can't tell if this guy is a scammer or not; he writes in native English and his skype has 50+ contacts, but if he's not a scammer, then he's either one of the dumbest people on this board, or has never conducted a business transaction in his life. I'm leaning towards some combination.
After more than 30 minutes explaining exactly what I wanted, and going back and forth -- I have a system of docs and info I need, and it usually takes 10 minutes for competent sellers to get me all I need, and the transaction is done in 15 minutes -- he finally sent me this screenshot:
Then this conversation ensued:
[11/29/11 12:02:06 AM] betatrader: send me the FULL GAME TESTER PAGE.
[11/29/11 12:03:11 AM] horman: may sound stupid but how do I send the full page, I use the windows snip tool
[11/29/11 12:03:33 AM] betatrader zoom out. control minus (-) possibly
[11/29/11 12:03:38 AM] betatrader or scroll up
[11/29/11 12:06:47 AM] horman: let me know if this screenshot is better
He's referring to this:
[11/29/11 12:07:29 AM] betatrader: you're a moron.
As anyone of even the most basic intelligence can clearly see, both screenshots are effectively the same, and, as I explained to him several times before he even sent the first screenshot, are exactly the same as an ongoing weekend beta.
Avoid this guy at all costs -- one of the weirdest encounters I've had on here.
Being impatient and calling the kid a moron doesn't help your case at all. You say you tried helping him for half an hour. Where is the rest of the convo. Maybe he misunderstood. Maybe he is indeed a scammer, but there are other means of dealing with that.
