He didn't post in the thread, but he added me on skype.
Approximate value of property: $10.00 USD

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He added me on skype saying he was willing to sell gold for the price I was looking for. I agreed and sent him the money, only $10 at first to make sure things went well, after he received it he removed me from skype and stopped messaging me. I have sent a dispute claim via paypal as I am certain it was a scam

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, I checked his feedback, and despite having two negative feedbacks he had many positive so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
Have you traded with this person before? No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? 5+(I have a few consistent Tera Online gold buyers from this site.)

looks like you were scammed by an imposter as azns33 hasnt been online since the 29th of march.

I just looked up the skype ip of the skype you provided and it matches the ip used by a banned member Dreamkilladeathbane.

Since it was an imposter i will be moving this to scam busters.

Please make sure people either send you a pm over here or post on your thread so u know who they are.
