T2 Equipped 'Grand Marshal' warrior for sale! 2k rating in 3's bracket, lots of gold!

I am looking to sell my account featuring an 'Grand Marshal' Arms Warrior. The character is currently geared in S12 Malevolent gear, missing a few off-pieces (which are temporarily filled with upgraded 'dreadful gladiator's' gear) alongside a fully upgraded Tier Two 'elite' weapon. Moreover, this account features the achievement for 2000 Arena Rating in the 3v3 bracket. The gear is of course all gemmed, enchanted and reforged correctly so as to ensure the most efficient stats are dominant.
This is a great account for a player looking to jump straight into high-level PvP, due to the achievements and gear featured on the character, providing for quick entry into most Rated Battleground and Arena teams.
The character has been a personal character with a lot of time invested into it and thus boasts two max-level professions (Mining and Herbalism), a large amount of in-game gold (over 45,000 across the characters; 35,000 on the warrior itself). It is also the current guild master of a guild containing 350 'active'* sociable members, which would be included if desired. This character has also farmed exalted with the 'Order of the Cloud Serpent' and is currently using the mount 'Azure Cloud Serpent'.
I do not wish to set a precise price for this character as yet and am therefore open to offers or negotiation. A rough price range would be $3-- USD.
This is a regretful sale for me, however necessary due to beginning a difficult degree and subsequently finding myself with a lack of time for personal leisure (and lets face it - unproductive leisure at that, as fun as World of Warcraft is!)
