All set can be equip on any other class, you even can MIX and Match to get the stat you want, for example if you want more Critical you can combine Pummeler set and Mender Set (Heal set gives more Critical gear and Alacrity)
Just put them on your legacy cargo so you can switch/equip them to any alts you want
